The Kapuso actress and the respected doctor surprised fans when they tied the knot on December 27 in Tagaytay City.
In an Instagram post, Carla shared their wedding film, with their heartfelt vows playing in the background, revealing their beautiful love story as former high school sweethearts.
“My first and last. A love story over 20 years in the making. Two lives coming full circle. This is our story. - Dr. and Mrs. Reginald Santos,” she wrote in the caption.
On December 1, Carla shared a photo of a ring on Instagram that sparked engagement rumors with the mystery man she had been soft-launching for the past few months. The actress later confirmed on Fast Talk With Boy Abunda that she was engaged.
