Heart Evangelista warmed the hearts of the TikTok world when she posted throwback photos showing her transformation from a cute baby to the grown woman she is today.
The fashion icon wrote a short but sweet caption that read: "LOVED every chapter."
To make the post more heartwarming, Heart Evangelista used an excerpt from Taylor Swift's speech during New York University's 2022 commencement exercises that said: "The scary news is you're on your own now, but the cool news is you're on your own now."
This was followed by Taylor Swift's hit song from her album 'Midnights,'"You're on Your Own, Kid."
