Miguel Tanfelix joins 'The Master Cutter' as surprise guest star

Miguel Tanfelix surprised The Master Cutter viewers with his action-packed guest appearance on its pilot episode on GMA Prime.
On Instagram, Miguel shared photos from the set and introduced his character, Galo Villareal.
“Galo Villareal reporting for duty, Sir Atoy! #TMCWorldPremiere,” he wrote.
The actor also expressed gratitude for being part of the action series and working alongside lead star Dingdong Dantes.
“It's an honor working alongside such a passionate team, and the Primetime King himself. Congrats, Kuya @dongdantes,” Miguel added.
'The Master Cutter' recorded a 10.5 rating during its world TV premiere on May 11, based on NUTAM People Ratings.
Dingdong, who plays scout ranger Atoy in the series, thanked viewers for supporting the pilot episode. In a separate Facebook post, the Kapuso Primetime King also praised Miguel's performance in the show.
“Okay na okay na 'toh Ang aming surprise guest sa #TheMasterCutter ay wala nang iba kundi ang napakahusay na si Miguel Tanfelix,” Dingdong wrote.
“Masaya rin ang naging bakbakan kasama sina Johnvic, Mark Newman, at Seb sa matinding aksyon sa Ilocos Sand Dunes.
“Alikabok, init, bugbugan... sulit lahat,” he added.
Miguel and Dingdong's characters were featured in an intense gunfight scene during the show's opening sequence.
'The Master Cutter' airs weeknights on GMA Prime after '24 Oras,' with a delayed telecast on GTV at 9:45 p.m.
