Actress AJ Raval became emotional as she opened up about her late son and her life as a mother of five during her heartfelt interview on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda.
When asked about rumors that she and her partner, actor Aljur Abrenica, already have two children together, AJ surprised many with her revelation. “Actually, Tito Boy, lima na po. I have five kids,” she said.
She went on to name her children, starting with her eldest, Ariana, who is seven years old. AJ grew tearful as she spoke about her second child, Aaron, whom she now refers to as her angel.
“Wala na po siya,” the actress said, holding back emotion.
AJ shared that she and Aljur have three children together, including their youngest, Abraham. She explained that her decision to go public about her family was something she had carefully thought through.
“Gusto ko na po matapos and gusto ko na po magkaroon ng freedom 'yung mga kids,” she said.
According to AJ, her children and Aljur's two sons with his ex-wife Kylie Padilla, Alas and Axl, are all familiar with each other.
“'Yung panganay ni Aljur, si Alas, very responsible sa mga bunso,” she shared proudly.
Reflecting on her journey as a mother, AJ admitted that it was difficult in the beginning, but the support of her family helped her cope.
“At first, mahirap po. Pero siyempre, nandiyan po 'yung pamilya ko. Nakasuporta po sila. Kinaya naman, Tito Boy,” she said.

AJ's father, Jeric Raval, had earlier confirmed that his daughter has children with Aljur. The couple went public with their relationship on Valentine's Day 2023, and later that year, Jeric expressed his hope that Aljur would eventually marry AJ.
The actress also opened up about the toll of online bashing, which led her to take a break from showbiz.
“Parang nawalan ako ng gana, Tito Boy. Siyempre, sa mga bashing… bata lang ako nun, 20 lang ako nun na-experience ko 'yung mga bashing kaya nawalan din po ako ng gana,” she admitted.
During her hiatus, AJ chose to retreat to her family's farm in Floridablanca, Pampanga, where she spent time with her father and focused on healing.
“So ito lang ang alam ko, magtago. Parang bumalik na lang ako du'n,” she said.
Now ready to face the public again, AJ expressed her gratitude to those who stood by her through the toughest times.
“Nagpapasalamat ako, Tito Boy, para sa mga taong kayang humarap para ipagtanggol ako at alam nila 'yung totoong story. Nagpapasalamat ako. Grateful po ako sa kanila,” she said.
With renewed strength and a deeper appreciation for life and family, AJ Raval is set to make her comeback to showbiz, this time, carrying both her pain and growth with grace.
