Boy Abunda has wonderful wishes to everybody this 2023.
The year 2023 will be an exciting year for the premiere showbiz personality Boy Abunda as he is about to start his new chapter in his career as a returning Kapuso.
Last December 15, Boy returned to his first home as he officially inked a contract with GMA Network.
In an interview with GMANetwork.com, Boy shared some of his plans and wishes for the new year 2023.
Aside from a successful project with GMA, Boy also hopes that this 2023, people will finally recover from all the challenges that have occurred during the past three years since the pandemic.
“Aba'y na sana ay maging matagumpay ang palabas na gagawin natin dito sa GMA, at sana ay mas maging peaceful na talaga, hindi madali ang pinagdaanan ng sambayanan, ng sangkatauhan noong nakaraang halos tatlong taon. Ang hirap ng pinagdaanan nating lahat,” he shared.
The “King of Talk” also yearns to have a kinder environment for everybody starting this new year.
“Sana ay makahinga, sana ay maka-relax na tayo, sana'y manumbalik, sana'y matuto, sana'y makinig tayo, sana'y maging mas mabait tayo, sana'y mas maging mabubuti tayong tao. Ako 'yun. 'Yun ang aking iniisip,” Boy shared.
He added, “Sana'y we can be kinder to each other as we do whatever we are supposed to do because you can always be kind in whatever you do.”
After being in the industry for more than two decades, Boy has proven his excellence as a TV presenter and become one of the highly-respected icons in the show business.
Boy started his showbiz career on television in GMA through the showbiz-oriented talk shows titled Show and Tell from 1994 to 1995 and Startalk from 1995 to 1999.
