The complaint against Michelle Dee, Rhian Ramos, and Samantha Panlilio has been dismissed, but the legal dispute continues.
The legal dispute involving Michelle Dee, Rhian Ramos, and Samantha Panlilio has taken a new turn after the Makati City Prosecutor's Office threw out the complaint filed by Ramos' former driver.
The case stemmed from allegations raised by Bonifacio “Totoy” Baro, who accused the three women, along with Chester Ian Galicia and Felipe Brabante III, of slight illegal detention, slight physical harm, maltreatment, and illegal arrest.

According to media reports, Bonifacio first detailed his accusations in an affidavit dated January 28. He later pursued the complaint before the Makati City Prosecutor's Office.
However, in a resolution issued on September 1, prosecutors found insufficient evidence to support the allegations and dismissed the complaint.
The development was welcomed by Michelle's legal team, which had maintained that the accusations against the actress and beauty queen lacked merit.
Michelle's counsel, lawyer Maggie Abraham-Garduque, said the decision affirmed their position on the complaint.
The case arose from a dispute involving an envelope that allegedly contained sensitive photographs. Bonifacio has accused the respondents of mistreating and detaining him, while Dee has separately filed a qualified theft complaint against him.
Michelle, Rhian, and Samantha have denied the accusations made against them.

Despite the prosecutor's dismissal, the Volunteers Against Crime and Corruption (VACC) said it intends to continue pursuing the matter on Bonifacio's behalf.
The group questioned the prosecutor's office's findings and maintained that there was evidence that should have been given greater consideration.
VACC said it will assist Bonifacio in seeking a reconsideration of the decision, giving prosecutors another opportunity to review the case.
The group's planned move means the dispute is not necessarily over, as Bonifacio may still pursue remedies available under the law.
Michelle's separate qualified theft complaint against Bonifacio also forms part of the continuing legal conflict between the parties.
