
Chesca Garcia-Kramer took to social media to open up on her fitness progress and revealed what routines have worked for her.
As seen on her Instagram post, the mom of three uploaded photos and videos of her fitness journey and shared that a combination of Pilates and weights have worked for her.
“She‑Hulk! The journey to fitness has been a roller coaster, but once it becomes part of your routine, you've got everything to gain. I don't know what took me so long! What's worked for me is the combination of Pilates and weights — the perfect duo,” she wrote.
After two and a half months of consistently training five times a week, Cheska said that she is finally seeing the results.
She added, “losing weight, building muscle, better balance, less dizziness, and no more sudden wobble in my body. I feel strong and happy — and I'm loving cute workout outfits that make me excited for training days!”
Cheska also thanked her husband, Doug Kramer, for pushing her to workout. “Thanks to my makulit husband who never got tired annoying me and bugging me to workout! You're my ultimate and favorite influencer @dougkramer! Legit!” she continued.
In the comments section, Chesca was commended by her celebrity friends and loved ones like Iya Villania, Iza Calzado, and Nikka Garcia for her fitness journey.
Doug Kramer and Chesca Garcia, who tied the knot in 2008, are blessed with three children: Kendra, Scarlett, and Gavin.
