Content creator and former beauty queen Ayn Bernos reveals the damage to her car after it was rear-ended on the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX).

On Threads, Ayn shared that the incident happened over the weekend, leaving the rear of her car and the bicycles mounted on a bike rack damaged.

"We got rear-ended this weekend at NLEX, and they ended up smashing our bike rack straight into our car. Bike rack is completely bent out of shape and we are hoping to safely detach the bike rack before any other repairs are done," she wrote.

"So far we know that the rear windshield and headlights are wrecked, but we've been told that regular repair shops can't do anything until we solve the bike rack situation."

Ayn expressed gratitude that no one was hurt in the accident while asking netizens for recommendations on where to have her vehicle repaired.

" We're very grateful to be safe and unharmed 🙏🏽 But still so heartbroken over the state of our car and bike, so again if you have any leads for shops that can help us, please let us know. 🥹🙏🏽" she continued.

Netizens shared suggestions on how Ayn could handle the situation, with some advising her to make sure the insurance provider is involved in the repair process.

The incident comes shortly after Ayn announced her engagement to Michael Fria last June. The social media personality shared photos of the beachside proposal with her fiancé on her pages.

Ayn Bernos represented San Juan City at the Miss Universe Philippines 2021 edition, where she finished in the Top 16. She also has more than 1.3 million followers on TikTok.
