David Licauco shared a photo dump showing his life update, which consisted of mostly working out, and spending time with his family.
In a series of photos, David can be seen sweating it out at the gym, showing his fitness progress, interacting with fans, attending a family gathering, and showing snippets of his day.
In a recent interview with GMANetwork.com, the Pulang Araw actor revealed how he has also been trying to improve in acting.
"Before, nararamdaman ko naman 'yung mga eksena, it's just that ang problem ko before was 'yung execution, 'yung technicalities of being an actor and before this teleserye, I really practiced, I really studied different films not just locally but 'yung mga international.
He also hopes the show can shed light on the hardships and trials Filipinos faced during the Japanese occupation in the country.
“Ang gusto lang din talaga namin is for us to be aware of what happened in the past and for them to learn from that and for them to siguro i-apply 'yung mga bagay na nangyari noon sa buhay nila ngayon.
“Siyempre 'yung mga Filipino before ang dami nilang problema and the gravity of their problems are through the roots and now 'di ba syempre may mga problema tayo [on a] daily basis, sana may natutunan tayo at ma-apply natin 'yun sa mga problema natin ngayon.”
David currently plays the role of Hiroshi Tanaka, a Japanese immigrant living in the Philippines.
