Kapuso artists capped off the summer with the biggest celebrity run!
Kapuso artists led thousands of runners to the finish line at Sparkle Run 2026 on May 30, Saturday.
From sunrise to midday, the Quirino Grandstand was filled with energetic celebrities, fans, and fitness enthusiasts alike taking on 3K, 5K, 6.6K, 10K, and 16K race categories.
Kapuso leading man David Licauco and Sparkle sportscaster Martin Javier took the top celebrity finisher spots for the 10KM and 16KM run respectively. Other first-place finishers were John Clifford for 3KM, Royce Cabrera for 5KM, and Ashley Rivera for 6.6KM.
Some of the biggest names who also participated are Alden Richards, Barbie Forteza, Gabbi Garcia, Pokwang, Ai Ai Delas Alas, and The Master Cutter leads Dingdong Dantes and Max Collins.
Former Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition housemates Mika Salamanca, Will Ashley, Vince Maristela, Charlie Fleming, Dustin Yu, Josh Ford, and AZ Martinez also joined in on the fun.
Aside from the race, Sparkle Run 2026 came more alive with performances from Garrett Bolden & Accento Band, Paul Salas, Dollipop, Vianna Ricafranca, and Cloud 7. Eventgoers also enjoyed various games and raffle draws.
The event's hashtag #SparkleRun2026 went number No. 1 trending on social media, making the first-ever Sparkle Run the biggest celebrity running event of the summer this year.
