In a quick interview with 24 Oras, the multi-awarded actor hinted about the exciting story arc that will be revealed soon in The Master Cutter.

“Ang dami pa niyang mga papasuking mga kung ano-anong disguise. Ako, sobrang 'pak' with multiple level of excitement ika nga. So, hindi lang sa action, may drama, may comedy rin. Siyempre, nandiyan din 'yung suspense, so talagang multi-genre talaga siya na nababagay gabi-gabi.”

Aside from the success of the Kapuso primetime series, Dingdong and Max Collins received the great news that they are both nominated in the Seoul International Drama Awards in the Outstanding Asian Star (Philippines) category.

Also nominated are Kamao stars Anton Vinzon, Roi Vinzon, Katrina Halili, and Amy Austria.

Talking about being representing the Philippines in the world stage, Dong said, “Alam mo anything that represents in what we do here in the Philippines talagang, ako I take it very seriously. So, the fact na nominate para sa akin e, malaking bagay na 'yun.”

After spending time in Canada to shoot for his movie with Marian Rivera titled Remember, the Kapuso actor is back taping for Family Feud this week.

Dingdong stated that they will soon begin the Philippine leg of their shooting for this much-awaited project.

“Sarap magshoot sa ibang bansa lalo kasama mo 'yung misis mo [Marian Rivera], niyaya ko mag-date, kaso masyadong busy. Natapos na 'yung Canada leg and meron kaming Philippine leg, so mag-uumpisa na rin 'yun very, very soon.”
