Kapuso actress Gabbi Garcia gets real with what's truly happening backstage when she, together with Xian Lim, hosted the recently concluded Miss Universe Philippines 2025 on Saturday, May 3, which took place at the SMA MOA Arena.

In a Facebook post, Gabbi shared several snaps of her preparations backstage while waiting for her turn on stage.

“A loooot of running, screaming, pressure and more running in 6-inch heels!! Lol We had 5 looks, with a total of 4 quick changes! We barely had 5-10 mins per change (gown AND HAIR--yes, nakuha pa namin mag bun to straight to sleek side part and back to bun!),” the actress-host shared.

She also compared her backstage experience to a marathon, but noted that she was not the reason for the commercial breaks.

“Ayun, timed lahat so di ako ang dahilan ng commercial breaks ha!!! nakastand by ako palagi sa side stage hahaha. It was hard, but seeing everyone in their element was amazing. I truly have the BEST team!! Couldn't have done it without you!! ” Gabbi wrote.

She then thanked her Team Gabbi who were able to keep up with the fast-paced preparations she had to do backstage.

In the comments section, fans have expressed how proud they are of Gabbi, noting how good she is as a host for the pageant.

This is not Gabbi's first time hosting Miss Universe Philippines, though, as she has also hosted the 2024 iteration of the pageant. From there, the SLAY actress took on several hosting gigs, including local pageants and the Metro Manila Film Festival 2024 Gabi ng Parangal.

Gabbi is also currently one of the hosts of Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition, together with Robi Domingo, Bianca Gonzalez, Enchong Dee, Kim Chiu, Melai Cantiveros, Alexa Ilacad, and Mavy Legaspi.
