All roads lead to the Music Museum this Saturday, September 13, at 8 p.m. as Geneva Cruz finally takes center stage for her much-awaited Gen Evolution concert.
The OPM icon promises a night of nostalgia and pure energy, bringing together Gen X, millennials, Gen Z, and longtime music fans for a party of epic proportions. Expect remix versions of '90s dance hits, unforgettable OPM love songs, and powerhouse anthems that shaped generations.
Marking her 35th year in the industry, Geneva looks back on her journey from her Smokey Mountain days to becoming a versatile solo performer known for her electrifying stage presence. With her timeless hits like "I Like You," "Kailan," "Paraiso," "Anak ng Pasig," and "Can This Be Love," plus fresh renditions of classic pop tracks, the concert is set to unite audiences across ages.
“It's finally pushing through!” Geneva said in a statement. “I feel it's high time to reacquaint the younger generation with my music and my brand of high-octane concert performance.”
Aside from music, Geneva continues to inspire as a fitness enthusiast and a proud sergeant in the Philippine Air Force Reserve Command. Her social media also documents her fearless approach to life, from training for triathlons to supporting various community causes.
Her manager, Arnold Vegafria, praised her evolution: “She was always fierce, even as a young girl. She knew what she wanted and fought for what she believed in. That mindset has brought her to where she is today--not just in music but in being a light for others.”
Gen Evolution is directed by Jeffrey Hidalgo, with Nikko Rivera as musical director. The concert is produced by ALV Events International and ALV Talent Circuit.
Tickets are now available via TicketWorld and the Music Museum box office.
