Shane also confessed being a big fan of this OPM band.

Talented singer-songwriter Shane Garcia captivated listeners with her brand of pop music that is sincere, heartfelt, and catchy.

The young Bulakeña recently treated the public to a live mini-virtual concert via GMA Playlist where she performed her original songs “Head Over Heels” and “Loved.”

Shane's strength as a songwriter is her ability to convey into words the romantic experiences of young people wrapped in beautiful, playful melodies.

Kumbaga, naging inspiration ko 'yon to write this song,” said Shane.

The words usually come first before the melody for Shane.

“Head Over Heels” though was arranged quite differently according to the singer-songwriter.

“Dito sa 'Head Over Heels' halo. Kasi, sinulat ko muna 'yong lyrics, first verse and chorus, 'tapos after nun, nilapatan ko siya ng tono.

“Kinapa ko siya sa guitar then after nun, 'tsaka ko siya dinugtungan ng lyrics from second verse up to end.”

How many songs has Shane have written so far?

“I started writing at the age of 13. Guys, I have so many unfinished songs, as in puro drafts lang siya.

Shane also gamely participated in the “Nangyari Na Ba?" challenge for the Icebreaker segment of the program.

During the game, Shane admitted being mistaken for another celebrity and confessed to being a huge fan of the pop-rock band, The Juans.
