Heath Jornales shared his appreciation as his track "Back To You" successfully racked up over a million streams.
Heath Jornales, the lead actor of You're My Favorite Song, is currently overflowing with immense gratitude toward his dedicated fanbase. This comes after a big milestone for his career, as his new song "Back To You" just passed one million streams online.
To mark this momentous occasion, Heath took to his official Instagram account to share a celebratory photo commemorating the track's success.
Alongside the visual, he penned a heartfelt message of thanks, dedicated entirely to the loyal fans and listeners whose unwavering support made this achievement possible.
“Thank you so much everyone! Back To You 1M Streams!!!” Heath wrote in the caption.
The young Kapuso heartthrob also expressed his amazement at the milestone he achieved and is deeply grateful to those who continue to listen to his newly released song.
Furthermore, Heath is inviting his followers to his upcoming solo concert, Heath's Time, which will take place this coming July 19 at the New Frontier Theater.
“I can't believe we hit this number! A huge thank you to everyone who keeps hitting play. Keep streaming! See you on July 19th,” he wrote.
He recently took the stage on the Kapuso variety show All-Out Sundays to perform the track live. During the episode, he also gave fans a peek behind the scenes by sharing the story of how the song was written and produced.
“'Yung song ko po is about, I guess how many times na 'yung taong ito rejects you, breaks your heart, you loved them so much that you still fall back pa rin kahit ilang beses kang saktan kasi you love them so much,” he shared.
“Back story I guess kung paano ko isinulat 'to; I was just playing video games with my friend Gio and then mayroon akong chords na nahanap sa guitar. Nagpe-play lang ako then bigla I found a melody in my head tapos tinuloy ko, sabi ko 'Gio, wait lang, mamaya tayo maglaro, I'm just gonna try to figure this song out kasi it might work.' So 'yun, sinulat-sulat ko tapos biglang nag-go-with-the-flow lang 'yung pagsulat ko like hindi ako nagtagal sa mga lyrics or sa melody,” he added.
Catch Heath in You're My Favorite Song alongside Clifford, Marco Masa, and Caprice Cayetano.
Also joining the powerhouse cast are Waynona Collings, Lee Victor, Kairo Lazarte, Andrei Fajardo, Boboy Garrovillo, James Blanco, Katya Santos, and Wilma Doesnt. It is directed by award-winning director JP Habac.
