Yulo brothers Carlos, Eldrew reach floor, horizontal bar finals at Asian Gymnastics Championships

Brothers Carlos and Karl Eldrew Yulo both qualified for the floor exercise and horizontal bar finals of the Asian Gymnastics Championships in Zunyi, China.

Olympic gold medalist Carlos topped the floor exercise qualifications with a score of 14.433, while Eldrew scored 13.600 to place eighth and secure a spot in the final.

In the horizontal bar, Eldrew scored higher with a 13.633 to place seventh, ahead of older brother Carlos, who posted a 13.466.

Carlos also advanced to the parallel bars final after scoring 13.966 to place fourth behind China’s Liu Yang (14.533) and Zhang Boheng (14.366), and Chinese Taipei’s Hung Yuan-Hsi (14.000).
