Heart Evangelista shares details about her Sorsogon visit

Queen of Creative Collaborations Heart Evangelista had the best time of her busy life during her almost two months stay in Sorsogon where her husband Chiz Escudero serves as governor.

During her stay, Heart visited a number of beautiful places in the province and explored several stores that sell handmade local products that was crafted by Sorsoganon artisans.

In an interview with 24 Oras, the actress further shared how she spent her well-deserved vacation in Sorsogon.

“I've got to see the falls, mga sight-seeing ganyan because when I'm there before, I do a lot of other work so hindi ko talaga siya nakikita.

“Now I was able to go hiking. I was able to go to our Pink Sand Beach. I was able to go visit again different restaurants and tried different delicacies.

“I met a lot of artisans and [see] what Sorsogon can really offer. It's mind bowing to see na ang daming nangyayari dito and not a lot of people know about it,” she shared.

Since Heart was impressed by the beauty of the Sorsogon-made products, she decided to include them in her upcoming line of home décor, Maison Love Marie.

“At first I was buying for myself, my sisters and then I realized it would be nice to really showcase what's Sorsoganons artists can do and the same time help them boost awareness kung anong kayang ibigay ng Sorsogon,” she added.

Aside from this, Heart also visited hospitals and orphanages during her stay in the province.

She is now in Manila and working on her projects including the launch of the second batch of her tablet giveaway through her Big Heart PH project.
