
Olympic rivals Philippines' Carlos Yulo and Great Britain's Jake Jarman bumped into each other again during the closing ceremony of the 2024 Summer Olympics held on Monday, August 11 (Paris time), at the Stade de France.
In an Instagram Story, the Filipino-British gymnast shared his selfie with Yulo where they were doing hand signs.
"Look who I found! :D," Jarman wrote before tagging the Instagram account of Yulo.

Jarman won the bronze medal in the men's floor exercise, the same artistic gymnastics event where Yulo won his first Olympic gold medal. Yulo claimed his second Olympic gold in the men's vault finals.
Born in England, Jarman has Filipino roots through his mother who was from Cebu. Jarman also lived in Cebu for two years when he was a kid.
Meanwhile, Yulo is expected to arrive in Manila today, August 13, and will be given a hero's welcome in Malacanang Palace, along with the other athletes who competed in the recently concluded summer Olympic games.
Additionally, a grand parade for the two-time Olympic gold medalist, prepared by the city of Manilla, is set to happen on Wednesday, August 14.
