Rita Daniela recently took to Instagram and posted a birthday greeting for her Widows' War co-star and idol Jean Garcia, who turned 55 on Thursday, August 22.
Rita uploaded some behind-the-scenes clips of her and Jean from the set of Widows' War and expressed how much she admired the seasoned actress.
"Happy birthday to my idol and kilig to call one of the many moms and sisters in Christ that I have in show business -- ate [Jean Garcia]," Rita wrote.
She continued, "I believe [you] are the heart of our show, most especially off-cam. Your unending supply of love, generosity, warmth, and grace for people amazes me and I admire [you] for that."
Rita also thanked Jean for "truly taking care" of her and described the actress with lines from Dionela song "Sining": “Ikaw ay tila sining sa museong 'di naluluma. Binibini kong ginto hanggang kaluluwa. At kung sa tingin mo na ang oras mo'y lumipas na. Ako'y patuloy na mararahuyo sa ganda.”
"Ikaw na ikaw yan, ate," Rita added. "I thank GOD for always making my dreams come true, and one of them is YOU. To work with you, to know you. May [you] always have a happy birthday! I love you!"
