After earning nominations in the film category, several Kapuso celebrities and GMA shows are being considered once again in this year's "Village Pipol Choice Awards (VPCA)" in the Entertainment television category.

Starting off with GMA's popular afternoon series Abot-Kamay na Pangarap, which earned a nomination in the TV Series of the Year category together with other Kapuso shows Magandang Dilag, Unica Hija, and Underage.

Stars of Abot-Kamay na Pangarap also entered the nominations list, like Ken Chan who earned a spot in the TV Actor of the Year category, Jillian Ward for TV Actress of the Year, Jeff Moses for the Promising Male Star of the Year, and Kazel Kinouchi for TV Supporting Actress of the Year. Jillian Ward and Jeff Moses were also nominated as Love Team of the Year, thanks to their undeniable chemistry in the show.

Sparkle stars Kelvin Miranda (for Unica Hija) and Benjamin Alves (for Magandang Dilag) also joined the nominees as TV Actor of the Year (Afternoon). Herlene Budol (for Magandang Dilag) and Kate Valdez (for Unica Hija) are also nominated for TV Actress of the Year (Afternoon).

For GMA's Prime block, several Kapuso artists and shows were also included in the list of nominees in different categories. Hit Kapuso programs Black Rider and Maging Sino Ka Man were included among the TV Series of the Year (Primetime) nominees.

David Licauco (Maging Sino ka Man) and Dingdong Dantes (Royal Blood) entered the list of TV Actor of the Year (Primetime) nominees. Mikael Daez (Royal Blood), Will Ashley (Unbreak My Heart), Jon Lucas (Black Rider), and Mikoy Morales (Maging Sino Ka Man) are vying for the TV Supporting Actor of the Year award.

Barbie Forteza (Maging Sino ka Man) and Sanya Lopez (Mga Lihim ni Urduja) were both nominated as TV Actress of the Year (Primetime), while Rabiya Mateo (Royal Blood) and Faith Da Silva (Maging Sino Ka Man) are nominated in the TV Supporting Actress of the Year category.

Barbie Forteza and David Licauco are also vying for the Love Team of the Year award, with their BarDa fans competing for the Fandom of the Year.

Other Kapuso artists like Zephanie (Promising Female Star of the Year), Sarah Edwards (Promising Female Star of the Year), Michelle Dee (Breakthrough Social Media Star of the Year), and Marian Rivera (Viral TikTok Video of the Year) are also nominated in their respective categories.

Besides its stars and entertaining shows, GMA Network and GTV are also being considered as TV Station of the Year.

The highly anticipated 5th Village Pipol Choice Awards will be held in May 2024. Winners of the awards will be based on online votes and scores from a panel of experts and editorial teams. The online voting period will be from March 5 until April 5.
