The National Collegiate Athletic Association or NCAA is officially a Kupuso!

The Philippines' premier athletic league has just signed a five and a half years agreement with GMA Network covering Season 96 to 101 (2020-2026).

This means that sports fans can now catch their favorite sports, schools, and college athletes in action whether basketball, volleyball, swimming, and athletics.

Kapuso stars meanwhile were delighted upon learning the good news, giving out messages of support to the 96-year-old league.

“Manood na tayo ng NCAA sa GMA,” Kapuso primetime actor, Dingdong Dantes, said in a video message posted on GMA Network's Facebook page.

His Descendants of the Sun (Philippine Adaptation) co-star Jennylyn Mercado also greeted the new addition to the network's growing family, saying, “Welcome mga Kapusong NCAA.”

Prima Donnas' star Jillian Ward noted that the country's first athletic league “deserves to be at the number one Philippine network.”

“Gusto ko maging muse ng isang team sa NCAA,” beamed actress Bianca Umali.

“Tara na sa GMA mga Kapusong NCAA. Excited na akong makasama kayo. I'll see you soon!” said volleyball player-turned-actor John Vic De Guzman.

“Welcome Kapusong NCAA… mainit po namin kayong wine-welcome sa Kapuso network,” said Kapuso global endorser Gabbi Garcia.

Other Kapuso stars who gave their warm greetings were Michael V, Aiai Delas Alas, Andrea Torres, Shaira Diaz, Christian Bautista, Rita Daniela, Betong Sumaya, Julie Anne San Jose, Barbie Forteza, and Alice Dixson.

Also joining the welcoming party were the people behind GMA's News and Public Affairs including Mike Enriquez, Mel Tiangco, Arnold Clavio, Susan Enriquez, Joel Reyes Zobel, Bobby Nalzaro, Pia Arcangel, Melo del Prado, Vicky Morales, and Jessica Soho.

NCAA fans can catch the games on GMA News TV and via online streaming on GMANetwork.com. The Men's Basketball Finals will be aired on the Kapuso Network's main channel, GMA-7. Further, viewers abroad can also catch the action via GMA Pinoy TV.
