Bagamat kontesera, aminadong ninerbyos pa rin nang mag-audition sa third season ng The Clash ang 32-year-old na si Monique Delos Santos, taga Cebu.

"I sent a video and I actually don't have expectation 'cause like I said this is the nth time that I auditioned for a singing contest so I'm super sanay with this but I'm still nervous, of course," bahagi ni Monque sa kanyang vlog para sa The Clash Cam.

Kahit ilang beses nang sumali sa mga singing contest, suportado pa rin daw siya ng kanyang pamilya ang kanyang desisyong subukan ang kapalaran sa The Clash.

Saad niya, "My family po was super happy. They've seen what I've gone through for the last seventeen years joining a lot of singing competitions and DJ hunts so yeah. It's more of they are really happy for me but let's not get our hopes up."
