Mango Sticky Rice and Mango Tapioca

One of the best things about summer is the abundance of tropical fruits, and there is definitely no fruit that best screams summer more than mangoes.

Mango is one of the most versatile fruits ever known. It is sweet, juicy, fruity, and creamy and can be eaten in various ways - raw, cooked, pickled, and many more.

They are also rich in vitamin C, fiber, and pectin, which help control cholesterol levels.

It also has benefits to the skin as it helps deep cleanse the body, making pores tighter that results in glowing skin.

That is why you should try different delectable mango recipes that will surely refresh and hydrate you this bright and sunny season.

Mango Sticky Rice


Ingredients:
Malagkit rice
Coconut milk
Sugar
Cornstarch
Water
Ripe mango
Sesame seeds

Procedure:
1. Add water rice, 1 cup, rice, coconut milk, and sugar to a pot and stir for a few minutes.
2. Cover the pot with a lid until the rice is cook and set aside.
3. For the sauce, pour water, coconut milk, and sugar into a pot over medium heat. Stir for five minutes until sugar is dissolved and the mixture is slightly thickened.
4. When ready to serve, place rice on the serving dish. Pour the sauce over rice and topped it with fresh diced mangoes and sesame seeds.

Mango Tapioca


Ingredients:
Gulaman
Tapioca
Nata de coco
Ripe mango
Evaporated milk
Condensed milk
All-purpose cream
Water
Sugar

Procedure:
1. Pour evaporated milk and all-purpose cream into a bowl and stir.
2. Pour condensed milk into the mixture and stir. Set aside.
3. Then in a glass, pour your desired amount of diced ripe mangoes, gulaman, nata de coco, and tapioca.
4. Pour the milk mixture into the glass.
5. Refrigerate for few hours before serving. Enjoy!
