Mikael Daez and Megan Young share how they see their parents' marriage and discussed why some couples decide to separate.
In their recent podcast called Behind Relationship Goals, Mikael believed that both of their parents had good marriages.
Megan's parents separated when she was 20.
Meanwhile, Mikael's mom became a widow when his father passed away when he was 16 years old.
Mikael relates his observation about married couples, "My belief right now that we're married, I think that 99.9% of marriages in this world are imperfect because they are composed of two imperfect people.
"Of course, during the start there is real love which I think your parents did have and which I think my parents had as well."

The Kapuso actor and host said that there are also marriages that are not able to keep up with the changes and resulted to an end of a relationship.
"Sometimes just a couple of years and for others, a couple of decades, the relationship has attracted so many more elements, good and bad.
"Unfortunately, the two people who are part of the relationship weren't able to keep up with it and the relationship eroded," he said.
Megan supported her husband's explanation and noted that priorities might have also shifted between a couple.
She said, "I also think that throughout the years, they both changed, they went in different directions.
"Maybe the relationship might not have been their priority."
Mikael said that he understands the saying "love is a choice."
He said, "I do agree to a certain extent when people say that's why love is a choice. You get married, you commit and you always choose to commit everyday. I completely understand that."
"But the fact of the matter is there are others who feel like the weight of that choice and the weight of that commitment is just too much.
"That's why there are couples who end up separated. In other countries, they end up divorced."
He also claimed that he is aware of that scenario since the world is filled with people with different personalities.
"The world is home to so many kinds of personalities.
"So many different kinds of couples as well. That's just the fact of life."
