To kick off the National Nutrition Month, we have a yummy recipe that will surely get the approval of doctors and nutritionists.

Mustasa or mustard green is part of cabbage family. It is rich in vitamins A, C and K. It is also a good source of beta carotene.

Chef Jai Bañez prepared creative recipes featuring this nutritious vegetable.

Here's how to prepare his Mustasa Dumplings.

Ingredients:

ground pork
soy sauce
oyster sauce
sesame oil
beaten egg
flour
mustasa cut into strips
diced onions
pepper
salt
dumpling wrappers
oil for frying

How to prepare:

1. Mix ground pork, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, beaten egg, flour, mustasa strips, diced onions, pepper, and salt in a mixing bowl.
2. Put about a spoonful into a dumpling wrapper.
3. Seal the dumpling using a fork.
4. Fry the dumpling for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
