By Faye Almazan

SUGA of the global group BTS joined Korean superstar IU in the latest episode of her web talk show, IU's Palette.

In the episode, IU interviewed the rapper-producer about his music and his process in writing and producing songs.

They also touched on SUGA's career journey, his upcoming album, D-Day, and solo tour under his alter ego, Agust D.

The two K-pop idols recently collaborated for SUGA's pre-release track, “People Pt. 2.”

Prior to this, SUGA and IU teamed up in 2020 for the hit song, “eight,” which was produced and featured SUGA.

SUGA and IU treated their fans with the live version of the two songs in the episode.

SUGA also performed his song “People,” a track from his mixtape, D-2, in 2020.

SUGA will release his first solo album, D-Day, on April 21. The album is set to mark the “concluding chapter of a trilogy by SUGA's another moniker, Agust D.”

IU also invited BTS's J-hope on 'IU's Palette' last year.
