Are Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil still together?
Amid breakup rumors, actress Liza Soberano and actor Enrique Gil are spotted together in a group photo presumably taken in May 2023.
On May 31, Maquie Raquiza Sarmiento, who is Liza's former road manager now based in the U.S., uploaded pictures from her recent visit to the Philippines.
Her Instagram post showed numerous photos taken with family and friends, including Liza and Enrique who are seen sitting closely to each other.
Though it was not clearly stated when the photos were taken, Maquie's recent visit to the Philippines seemed to be in May 2023.
“Hanggang sa muli Pilipinas,” Maquie wrote in her caption.
The photo fueled the hope of many LizQuen fanatics who flocked the post with comments, asking if the pair are still together.
Meanwhile, Ogie Diaz, Liza's former talent manager, claimed the couple had broken up.
In Ogie's recent vlog, he said it was Liza's choice to end her romantic relationship with Enrique to focus on her acting career in the U.S.
"Actually, nakarating din sa'kin 'yan na split na o break na si Enrique Gil at Liza Soberano. Parang nag-ugat ito doon sa mga pronouncement o 'yung mga naging statements o 'yung mga nakaraang interviews ni Liza, never niyang binanggit si Enrique Gil,” Ogie said in the vlog.
Liza and Enrique have been officially dating since 2014.
