BLACKPINK member Jennie Kim took to Instagram to personally apologize to fans after leaving in the middle of the group's concert in Melbourne, Australia on Sunday (June 11).

According to Soompi, Jennie hoped to finish her performance until the very end of the concert but her health was deteriorating and she needed to take some rest.

YG Entertainment, BLACKPINK's music label, immediately issued a statement to inform her fans of her situation.

YG wrote, “We regret to inform you that during the BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR [BORN PINK] IN MELBOURNE performance on June 11, member Jennie was unable to complete the stage due to her deteriorating condition.”

"Jennie expressed her strong determination to carry on with the performance until the end. However, following medical advice on site, we immediately took measures to ensure she receives ample rest and stability,” they added.

"Jennie has conveyed her regrets for not being able to stay with the fans until the end, and assures that she will recover as soon as possible."

Meanwhile, three days after their BORN PINK show in Melbourne, Jennie personally apologized to her fans for not being able to finish their show. She also expressed her gratitude to all the Blinks who gave their support on their concert tour.

“Dear Melbourne Blinks, I'm so sorry I wasn't able to finish the show on Sunday. I'm doing my best to recover at the moment. Your understanding and support means the world to me. Thank you to everyone who came out to our Melbourne show. Love you guys,” she wrote.
