Kapuso Primetime King and Queen Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera will receive recognitions at the Box Office Entertainment Awards 2024, which will be held on May 12 at the Henry Lee Irwin Theater in Ateneo De Manila University.
The celebrity couple was recognized as Box Office Phenomenal Stars of Philippine Cinema for the success of their Metro Manila Film Festival 2023 entry Rewind, which is now the highest-grossing Filipino film of all time.
Dingdong and Marian also bagged the Most Popular Loveteam for Movies award. The Kapuso actor and host was honored as one of the Film Actors of the Year.
Aside from this, the power couple will also receive the Bida sa Takilya award at the 72nd FAMAS Awards, which will be held on May 26, 2024 at the Fiesta Pavilion of the Manila Hotel.
Marian currently stars as Katherine and Grace in the family series My Guardian Alien, which airs every Monday to Friday at 8:50 p.m. on GMA Prime, Pinoy Hits, and Kapuso Stream. The show can also be watched on GTV at 10:30 p.m.
The renowned actress is also set to star in the Cinemalaya entry titled Balota, which is co-produced by GMA Pictures and GMA Entertainment Group, and writer and director Kip Oebanda.
