Billy Crawford pleads ‘not guilty’

TV host and actor, Billy Crawford said he was not guilty of the cases slammed against him, which rooted from his alleged disturbance of a precinct in Taguig last September 7.
 
Malicious Mischief, Alarm and Scandal and two counts of Disobedience to an Agent of Person in Authority were the cases filed against Crawford in the Taguig Metropolitan Trial Court.
 
These cases are related to the incident in a precinct in Bonifacio Global City, where Crawford allegedly smashed a precinct mirror.
 
Marking of evidence is scheduled on November 5, while the pre-trial conference will be on December 1.
 
According to Crawford’s legal counsel, Atty. Jose Aspiras, “Maybe in due time, ma-dismiss or ma-acquit si Billy Joe Crawford. We believe na kulang ‘yung ebidensiya and there are some inaccuracies in the charges.”
