Which body part will local celebrities insure?

By CHERRY SUN

Insuring a body part seems to be a part of an artist's investment. Now, it has also been a trend among celebrities abroad.

When Mariah Carey arrived in Manila for her The Elusive Chanteuse Show, it was rumored that she had her legs insured for $1,000,000,000.

Jennifer Lopez has also insured her best asset for $300 M while Queen of Pop Madonna has chosen to insure her breasts for an amount of $2 M. Julia Roberts also insured her killer smile as well for $30 M.

Unang Hirit asked local celebrities which body parts they will put under insurance, and here’s what they revealed.

Kylie Padilla: “Puso pwede? (laughs) Hindi, siguro kung ang mga tatanungin ibang tao, kutis nga. Kutis, and then eyes.”

Mickey Ferriols: “Ako siguro, mukha? Mukha siguro kasi mahirap umarte pag ganito na mukha mo ‘di ba. (makes face) ‘Yun puhunan natin dito sa trabaho natin, so I’ll be honest lang.”

Christian Bautista: “Siguro my voice and my vocal chords also. Pero meron na ba dito sa Philippines? I don’t know ha, pero kasi ‘yun ang puhunan ko eh ‘no, and my good looks. (laughs)”

Joyce Ching: “Feeling ko voice ko rin, feeling ko talaga. Precious ‘to, kailangan insured ‘to. (laughs) ‘Yung ilong po, maganda daw po ‘yung ilong ko eh.“

Kristoffer Martin: “Mata. Syempre para sa akin, importante ang mata.”

Krystal Reyes: “Siguro mata mo nga kasi ‘di ba po pag nabulag ka, mahirap na mabuhay. So mata.”
