Glaiza says that she strongly supports women empowerment and when she was introduced to the campaign she realized that there are a lot of issues that needs to be tackled. The Kapuso star also said that she will use her platform to reach more people in addressing this concern.

"I think street harassment [is one of the least] recognized issues around the world especially [in the] Philippines. Mostly nakikita natin 'yung harassment in private places pero hindi natin naririnig yung mga [issues sa street harassment]. Sana through this program ma-realize natin and ma-prevent natin 'yun, because we know about it but we don't know how to prevent it," says Glaiza during her speech at the press conference.

Street harassment includes cat calling and disrespectful gestures that are not usually reported to authorities.

I think as Ms. Glaiza De Castro mentioned it's important that different sectors work together to solve this issue it cannot be done only by Government and NGO's but the entertainment industry plays a very important role."
