WATCH: Regine Velasquez and Ogie Alcasid serenade Dra. Vicki Belo and Hayden Kho with 'Pangako'

While at the reception of Dra. Vicki Belo and Hayden Kho's #aKHOandmyBELOved wedding, singer and celebrity couple Regine Velasquez and Ogie Alcasid had an impromptu performance of "Pangako."

Fortunately for us, Cristalle Belo was able to capture the romantic surprise on video which she posted on her Instagram account.

"These two "weren't ready" daw. Did you guys know that @reginevalcasid is @victoria_belo's longest celebrity patient? My ninong @RonnieHenares (her previous manager) brought her to Dr. Belo when she was just a teenager. It was so entertaining seeing these two lovebirds hosts! It was so special coz it was apparently @ogiealcasid's first time in Paris," she captioned.

It's lovely to know that Regine and Dra. Vicki go way back.
