LJ Reyes to birthday boy Paolo Contis: 'Thank you for taking so much care of me and Aki'

Kapuso drama actress LJ Reyes gave her boyfriend comedian/actor Paolo Contis a heartfelt message on his 34th birthday.

The StarStruck finalist took to Instagram to greet the Bubble Gang star who is celebrating his special day this March 14.

LJ also expressed her genuine appreciation for Paolo for taking care of her and son Aki.

LJ posted, “It’s not just because it’s your special day, but maybe I realized I haven’t said it often as I could lately. But THANK YOU! Thank you for being the strength that I didn’t know I needed! Thank you for the patience that you have consistently (which sometimes I look over) exemplified amidst my stubbornness (at times )! Thank you for taking so much care of me and Aki right when I thought I could do without anybody else in our life.”  

Ethan Akio or Aki is LJ's son with former Kapuso actor Paolo Avelino.

She added, “Life never gets easy, and I just want you to know that I want you to be there even when it gets tougher. We are and never will be perfect, but I couldn’t imagine anybody else beside me but you! Continue to look Up, even if it blinds you. I will just be right here beside you, looking at you. Waiting if you need my hand to hold. Thanks for being my best friend throughout the past years and I know that you will always be! Happy birthday love @paolo_contis! I love you! Paolo replied to LJ's sweet post and said that he continues to strive to make her proud every day.
