By Maine Aquino

Pia Wurtzbach gave out a few details on the design of her wax figure.

On September 24, Pia revealed that she will have her very own wax figure in Madame Tussauds Hong Kong. Pia will be the first Filipino to join other prominent personalities from the popular wax museum.

"When I first found out, I couldn't believe it. I was really surprised to be chosen as the first Filipino to be a wax figure for Madame Tussauds. It's really a great honor to represent always the Filipinos even after I passed on my crown already," Pia disclosed in her video from Preview.

The Miss Universe 2015 cited that they are still deciding which gown they will use for the wax figure and even performed some of the poses that they have in mind. "We haven't decided yet if we wanna do the blue Albert Andrada gown when I won in Vegas or the blue Michael Cinco gown when I was passing on the crown. So we haven't decided yet but definitely, it's gonna be blue."

Pia conveyed the message of having a representation in the iconic wax museum. "The kind of message this sends out is that we're being recognized worldwide first of all that finally people will know more about Filipinos. It also sends out the message that there are Filipinos around the world and it's great to be able to be a wax figure and represent the Philippines at Madame Tussauds.”
