Angel and Marian are among the celebrities involved in relief efforts amid the enhanced community quarantine due to the new coronavirus disease.
Angel has provided sanitized and air-conditioned sleeping tents for health workers as well as tents with misting machines and UV light for medical frontliners. Meanwhile, Marian prepared home-cooked meals which were donated to COVID-19 frontliners.
Sharon acknowledged how both actresses may be considered real-life heroes today.
She posted her old Darna photo alongside Angel's to show appreciation for the younger Kapamilya actress as well as the frontliners.
She wrote, “Your two Darnas love you, our frontliners. Maraming salamat po!”
She also shared Marian's photo from her iconic role.
She captioned, “Heto pa ang isa niyong Darna! Nagluluto at nagpapack ng menudo and rice for our Frontliners! Inaanak ko pa sa kasal yan!”
Angel breathed life into Darna in GMA Network's TV adaptation of Mars Ravelo's creation while Marian portrayed the same role in 2009. Sharon also did a cameo as Darna in the 1988 film, Captain Barbell.
