Heart Evangelista shows her support for the #KapusoProjectRiceUp

Kapuso actress and Queen of Creative Collaborations Heart Evangelista is doing her part to help her fellow Filipinos who are affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Now, Heart has joined GMA Artist Center's latest initiative called the #KapusoProjectRiceUp!

The #KapusoProjectRiceUp is a fundraising drive for sacks of rice which will be given to families who have lost their means of income due to the enhanced community quarantine.

According to Heart, "During this situation we are in, we are also facing another rising issue and that is hunger. This is why I'm reaching out to all of you, mga Kapuso, to support The Rice Up Project. Marami tayong matutulungan and all our help will really go a long way."

As of today, April 8, #KapusoProjectRiceUp has collected 225 sacks of rice.
