'Art Angel' sends adults in a nostalgic state as it airs rerun episodes

Adults were quite surprised to see the return of GMA Network's Art Angel in their television screens early this morning, May 18.

Over on Twitter, the hashtag “#artangel” became one of the top trending topics in the Philippines, proving that the educational program brought out a lot of artistic skills and talents from kids when it aired from 2004 until 2011.

Some were even inspired to share their works of art while watching the show.

A netizen wrote, “It was a pretty nostalgic morning while watching #ArtAngel. It inspired so many like me to venture to art and spark creativity.

Another mentioned, “At dahil wala akong lumang dyaryo at clay kaya wala akong nagaya sa Art Angel kanina. Kaya share ko nalang itong ilan sa artwork ko.
