In a Kapuso Showbiz News interview with Gabbi, the young actress shared how overwhelmed she felt with the amount of support their fundraising initiative received.

"We were so scared na baka hindi namin maabot pero grabe, two days we reached our target and sumobra pa. Andami-dami pa rin talagang mabait na puso. Despite all the negativity in this world, we also need to acknowledge na marami pa ring mababait," she said.

Now, Gabbi and her friends see themselves continuing the good they started by using their platform to help more people. "My friends and Khalil, sabi namin [na] kahit after this COVID pandemic, kapag may iba pang kailangan tulungan or may iba pang nangyari, we will still continue with the NGO."

By starting their fundraising initiative, Gabbi has learned a great lesson about what people can achieve when they work together.

According to her, "If you're capable to help and you have the ability to help and you choose not to, for some reason, basta hindi ka lang tumulong kahit kaya mo naman tumulong, I don't think you're part of the solution. Kung kaya mong tumulong, tumulong tayo, tayo na lang magdamayan dito. It's a world crisis so sino pa bang magtutulungan kung hindi tayo?"
