Glaiza De Castro and South Korean singer Jo Han-jun reveal future collaboration plans
Mahigit 100,000 na ang views ng cover ni Kapuso actress Glaiza De Castro ng hit song ng South Korean singer-actress UI at Suga ng BTS na “Eight.”
Espesyal ang cover na ito dahil nakipag-collaborate si Glaiza kay Jo Han-jun, isang Korean singer at record producer, na nakilala niya nang pumunta siya sa Korean para gumawa ng short film.
Si Jo Han-jun ang gumawa ng areglo at umawit sa rap part ng kanta.
“I actually just messaged him. Sent him a message on Instagram and asked if we can do song, and he said okay.
“It took a couple of days for him to get back to me. I just recorded my vocals and guitar,” kuwento ni Glaiza.

Naging magkaibigan sina Glaiza at Jo Han-jun dahil ang huli ang naging partner ni Glaiza sa film. Naging mas malapit naman ang relasyon nila nang malaman nilang pareho silang inclined sa music.
“We even went to a karaoke bar. That was our first-ever collaboration. We just sang lots of different songs and we were surprised that [Jo Han Jun] can rap,” sabi pa ng aktres.
Dahil ang Korean singer ang gumawa ng areglo, si Glaiza naman ang nag-edit ng collab video nila.
“Nu'ng time na natapos ko siya, I uploaded it right away. I sent it to Han Jun and he said, 'Okay, let's do it. Let's post it,” aniya.
Samantala, ibinahagi naman ni Han-jun na pupunta siya sa Pilipinas sakaling magkaroon pa sila ng sunod na collaboration ni Glaiza.
“Actually, little bit shy 'cause…not for her, for me. Actually, this is my very first time to show my process of [making] a song.
“I really want to go to the Philippines, if she invites me or if there's a kind of project for our next collaboration, then I can go there. I can be there,” sabi pa niya.
