Heart Evangelista personally delivers wheelchair to an elderly from Sorsogon

Heart Evangelista features her time in the beautiful province of Sorsogon on her latest YouTube vlog.
It was also this time when she reunited with her husband, Sorsogon Governor Chiz Escudero, after months of staying in Metro Manila because of community quarantine due to COVID-19.
Heart also went around the province to give vitamins to the locals. She also visited a lola who suffered from a stroke to personally gift her with a wheelchair.
Heart took the opportunity in Sorsogon to scour various products to include in her upcoming line of home decor.
