Nina Alagao looks back on her almost two decades-old magazine cover

Beauty queen and actress Nina Alagao shared a throwback photo of her from almost two decades ago.

On her Instagram account, she posted a photo of her magazine cover for FHM. It was from the November 2001 issue of the popular men's magazine.

Nina recalls having a great experience during the shoot.

She also thanked the people behind the shoot like her makeup artist Krist Bansuelo, her photographer Francis Abraham, and her fashion stylist Millet Arcaga.

"Once upon a time (please ignore the texts on the cover). I specifically said, 'no sleazy shots.' And everything turned out wonderfully, thanks to the magic hands of @kristbansuelo, @francisabraham, and Millet Arcaga. A friend just sent me this, and it got me thinking, where did I keep my copy??" she wrote.

Nina was crowned Binibining Pilipinas-Universe in 2000. After her reign, she transitioned to acting.

She has had roles in Kapuso shows like Captain Barbell, Yesterday's Bride, Hiram Na Alalaa, Second Chances, Poor Señorita, and Inday Will Always Love You.

Nina is married to actor and dancer Michael John Flores and they have three kids together.
