Seasoned actress Aiko Melendez joined a long list of celebrities who got YouTube's Silver Play Button, a recognition given to content creators with at least 100,000 subscribers.

At this writing, the Prima Donnas star's official YouTube channel has 101,000 subscribers.

Aiko uploaded her first video on YouTube on August 31, 2019, after she signed a new management contract with ALV Talent Circuit.

On YouTube, she usually features her children, Andre Yllana and Marthena Jickain, alongside lifestyle vlogs.

To celebrate her achievement, Aiko has been giving shout-outs to small online businesses.

In her July 23 Instagram post, Aiko made a promise to support locally-made products.

She wrote in the caption, “As my way of helping small business during the pandemic, I will feature some products, food that I believe in, [and] all those who are deserving of shout outs from me.”

On August 10, Aiko fulfilled her promise and gave free shout-outs in her vlog.
