She was out for four days for the filming of new series I Can See You: The Promise.

On Instagram, Yasmien shared a short video of the surprise her husband Rey Soldevilla and daughter Ayesha Zara prepared for her.

She wrote, “Grabe naman may pa-surprise pa sila Pangga at Ayesha Zara sa 'kin pagbalik ko sa bahay from my lock-in taping. May pa-bouquet pa. Para naman akong balikbayan!

“Sobrang sweet naman. Nilinis pa talaga nila 'yung room at inayos kung saan ako mag-self-quarantine for few days.”

Since she worked with several production staff, Yasmien said that she needed to undergo self-isolation for five days to check on herself before she makes close contact with her family.

“Pasensya na sa inyo bawal muna kiss, hug at kwentuhan. Kaya lumalayo din ako (kwentuhan na lang tayo sa video call kahit nasa kabilang kwarto lang ako.

“Konting tiis lang para sure talaga na safe. Salamat talaga! Mahal ko kayo,” she ended.

Meanwhile, Yasmien is set to return to GMA Telebabad with the launch of I Can See You: The Promise.

“The Promise” is among the four installments of drama anthology I Can See You.

The mini-series is also bannered by Paolo Contis, Andrea Torres, and Benjamin Alves. Joining them is actress-comedienne Maey Bautista.

It follows the story of a widowed multi-millionaire Frank Agoncillo (Paolo) who fell in love with Ivy Teodoro (Andrea), an aspiring artist who is willing to take great lengths in order to lift her family out of poverty.

She will be portraying the character of photographer Clarisse Agoncillo, the thoughtful and empathetic wife of Frank Agoncillo.

This is Yasmien's first acting project since show productions in the entertainment industry has been halted to give way to the government's community quarantine protocols to curb the spread of the COVID-19.

I Can See You is set to premiere on September 28.
