Wil Dasovich on Lloyd Cadena's death: 'There hasn't been an easy day since you left'

It's been a tough week for YouTuber Wil Dasovich as he mourns the passing of his dear friend Lloyd Cadena.

On Instagram, Wil posted a video montage of Lloyd and said that he will forever treasure their friendship.

He wrote, “There are only a handful of people you'll ever meet in your life that can get you so overly excited every single time you see them. Someone who carries so much energy, fun, and good spirits with their presence.

“Lloyd did this better than anyone I know and every time I saw him, it was the same three words: I miss you.

“There hasn't been an easy day since you left… Rest well my friend @lloydcafecadena.”

On Tuesday, September 8, Wil described Lloyd as the “closest friend I've ever lost in my life” and news of his death has left the YouTube community “shattered.”

He added, “He was the best since the beginning, he was #1, both the king and kween of YouTube.

“I love you so much, man! What I would give to run up and give you a great big hug like I do every single time we see each other.

"You were my YouTube idol since I came on the scene and you were the comedian I always aspired to be.

“Your laugh still resonates through my ears and your spirit will remain forever within all of us.”

On September 4, popular YouTuber Lloyd Cadena passed away.

His family revealed that the 26-year-old personality “suffered a heart attack while asleep” and tested positive for COVID-19.

Many personalities from showbiz and YouTube share Wil's sentiment including Sharon Cuneta and American singer Mariah Carey.

YouTuber Ivana Alawi also paid homage to Lloyd by fulfilling his final challenge to clean a passenger bus.
