Maine Mendoza wishes Alden Richards happiness as he marks his 10th year in showbiz

They may be doing separate projects these days, but former phenomenal Kalyeserye loveteam Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza continue to support each other in their respective careers.

Both rose to super stardom via the hit Kalyeserye segment of Eat Bulaga in 2015. Their fans even called their teamup as "AlDub," which later became the biggest buzzword on social media and in showbiz that year and in the next.

During the video conference of Alden and Maine's newest endorsement as Toktok PH ambassadors, yesterday, December 10, entertainment writer Gorgy Rula asked the Phenomenal star what her message was for Alden, who recently marked his 10th year in showbiz.

The Asia's multimedia Star is fresh off from the success of his 'Alden's Reality' virtual concert held last December 8.

Although, the zoom conference suffered some technical difficulties, Maine was heard saying, “Basta, happy ako kapag happy lang si Alden. Ang wish ko, sana, may love life ka na.”

Endorsers for Toktok PH

Delivery app service Toktok PH made the right decision to pick Alden and Maine, two of the most-sought endorsers and TV personalities in the country today to become the faces of their company.

Toktok PH Marketing Director Jeffrey Antonio Ang also shared during the video conference the reason why his company chose the Eat Bulaga hosts to be their ambassadors.

Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza have an impressive resume as bankable endorsers. The former is now recognized as Asia's Multimedia Star, after having won the Asian Star Prize in the Seoul International Drama Awards last year.

Maine Mendoza, on the other hand, is called the Phenomenal star and considered one of the best comedians in the country. She is the star of the popular sitcom Daddy's Gurl.

Maine also told the press that she is excited about this new project with Alden.

“We are glad po na reunited po kami ni Alden for an endorsement for a very long-time and siyempre grateful po kami sa Toktok for considering us, actually for taken us to be their endorsers.”

Alden echoed his fellow Dabarkad's sentiments, “Happy kami na magkasama po kami uli and it's been two years since the last [endorsement]”

After the interview with the press people via video conference, everyone also got to witness the official contract signing of Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza together with Toktok PH big bosses Carlito Macadangdang and Jonathan So.

The event was a huge celebration, too, especially for the loyal fans of Alden and Maine, who have been waiting for this "reunion" of their idols.

Many expressed their congratulations and well-wishes online.
