Kristoffer Martin admits he has a 4-year-old daughter
“I love my daughter… I really love my daughter”
An emotional Kristoffer Martin appeared on 24 Oras tonight (January 21) after he finally admitted that he is a father to a four-year-old girl named Precious Christine or Prè.
In his exclusive interview with Nelson Canlas, Kristoffer said that people close to him already know that he has a daughter.
Kristoffer even mentioned that his celebrity friends like Alden Richards and Bea Binene know about Prè.
He explained, “My friends know. Madaming nakakaalam. Ninong pa nga si Alden [Richards], ninang si Bea [Binene], si Rodjun [Cruz], si Thea [Tolentino]. Madami pa, as in madaming nakakaaalam.
“Tapos 'yung iba nagtatanong na nakaalam, they asked me kasi may haka-haka, sinasabi ko talaga.”
Nelson then asked Kristoffer why he kept the identity of his daughter a secret from the public for so long.
The Babawiin Ko Ang Lahat actor stated that he wanted to protect the privacy of Prè.
“Hindi naman talaga ako malabas ng personal… sobrang konti lang makikita n'yo sa personal life ko. That's me.
“Alam ko kasi i-balance yung work sa personal life,e. Sabi ko I want to give the privacy na deserve niya.”
Unfortunately, Kristoffer Martin's relationship with Prè's mom did not work out.
“Si Prè nasa mommy niya ngayon. Ako kasi nasa Olongapo. Nasa pangangalaga siya ng mommy niya ngayon.
Pausing for a moment, Kristoffer said that he doesn't want to divulge the reason why they parted ways anymore.
“Ah… Paano ba?
“Things didn't work out, e. We talked about this, napag-usapan na.
“I won't go into details kasi hindi na naman dapat sabihin.”
Before the end of his interview, Kristoffer assured her daughter Prè that he will be a constant presence in her life and he is proud to tell the world that he is father to a beautiful kid.
“Hinding-hindi ko pababayaan si Prè. Hindi niya mararamdaman na nawalan siya ng tatay. Na wala ako doon. Sabi niya, kahit ano'ng mangyari anak ko si Prè.
“So good thing may ganoon kaming usap. Sobrang tagal ko na gustong ilabas, as in sobra.
“Eh sabi ko, 'Lord penge lang ng sign, isang tao lang talaga'
“Proud ako na nagawa ko 'to kasi she deserves this, she really deserves this.”
After Kristoffer's big announcement on 24 Oras, the 26-year-old Kapuso actor received a lot of support from his friends and colleagues in show business.
On Instagram, actor-dancer Rodjun Cruz expressed so much love to his godchild Pré.
He said “Big girl na! Love you my inaanak Pré”
