Super Junior's Kyuhyun has announced the next part of his '2021 PROJECT: 季' (2021 PROJECT: SEASON) series with a Summer theme. The upcoming digital single will be a continuation of the same series he released in April for Spring.

The teaser, posted on Twitter on June 21, revealed the Summer theme for Kyuhyun's next single. Again, ELF or Everlasting Friends, Super Junior's fandom, showed their support for Kyuhyun by retweeting and cheering him.

“Finally our maknae coming back to bless our ears… everything will be Kyuhyun,” @kyunie_88 retweeted.

“Maknae” is a Korean word for youngest sibling and fans used this word to refer to the youngest person in any given group.

“Wowwww can't wait,” @belluunies replied.

The series is a project in which Kyuhyun releases a new song for every season. His previous digital singles for '2021 PROJECT: SEASON' include “Moving On” for winter, a remake of Hong Seok-min's song from 2015, and “Coffee” for spring, a pop ballad about a guy who has fallen in love with a longtime friend.

In addition, the new single will be released on July 5. The title has not yet been revealed.

Cho Kyu-hyun, known by his stage name Kyuhun, is a South Korean singer, musical theater actor and television host. He debuted as a new member of K-pop boy group Super Junior in May 2006.
