By Jansen Ramos

GMA Pinoy TV announced yesterday, July 1, that Sarah Geronimo's first-ever digital concert, Tala: The FIlm Concert, will be shown on GMA's flagship international channel.

Kapuso abroad in the USA, Canada, Middle East, Europe, Hong Kong, and South Korea can watch the Popstar Royalty's concert stage comeback this July 18.

Meanwhile, Tala: The FIlm Concert will be available in Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, and Japan on July 19.

GMA Pinoy TV subscribers in the USA, Canada, Singapore and Hong Kong, can also watch Sarah's two-hour online film concert on the go by downloading the mobile app of their respective pay TV providers.

Originally streamed on March 27, Tala: The Film Concert presents a different kind of musical experience, staged at Araneta Coliseum.

It features 18 world-class performances, behind-the-scenes plus film concert interviews of Sarah and her collaborators: Paul Basinillio as the film concert director; Georcelle Dapat-Sy as creative director; and Louie Ocampo as musical director.

Following the announcement of GMA Pinoy TV, speculations arose that Sarah is the next big star to switch networks after Bea Alonzo and Pokwang.

One netizen commented that Sarah's possible transfer will fulfill the fan's wish to see the Popstar Royalty with Kapuso vocal powerhouses Julie Anne San Jose and Golden Cañedo in one stage.
