By Izel Abanilla

Kapuso actress Thea Tolentino is set to star in upcoming romantic comedy flick Take Me To Banaue by Carpe Diem Pictures, an independent movie production based in the US.

Thea will portray the role of Jinky, a natural entrepreneur who knows how to play the game of negotiation. She also owns a hotel where Hank stays while in Baguio.

A workaholic, she practically gets anything and everything she wants. Apart from professional success, Jinky is bent on another goal, to have a mixed-raced baby, one that has blue eyes and blonde hair as she believes having such automatically gives anybody superiority over others.

Furthermore, she will be starring alongside American actors Brandon Melo and Dylan Rogers who flew straight from the US. Among the other cast members are MJ Lastimosa, Maureen Wroblewitz, and Boobay. The film will be directed by Danny Aguilar.

The movie is set to participate in international film festivals.

As of the moment, Thea has already established herself as one of the most versatile actresses of her time. She has proven her acting chops in past projects such as The Half Sisters, Haplos, Las Hermanas, and most recently, Lolong.

Just recently, Thea revealed something that came quite shocking yet funny to everyone, that she actually brings a washing machine and an air fryer to the set especially during lock-in tapings.
